Sign the agreement
If you decide to sell, you'll sign a standard Texas real estate contract and choose your closing date, in as few as 3 weeks if needed. We'll coordinate the title work and address any issues before closing.
Closing
A title company handles closing, including escrow, collecting funds, paying off any liens, and distributing your proceeds. There are no standard closing costs. You should receive your funds within a few hours of closing.
